The application must be signed with your signature and be accompanied by $50 per applicant payment if you are the first applicant (contact Ann Siegle at 517-402-8500 for payment details if you want to pay by Venmo or credit card.) A wait-list of applicants is maintained until the lease has signed.

Why the paper app? For your safety, we don’t collect information into a digital form because we ask sensitive info like your bank account, SSN and Student ID along with data of birth. Locally, you can drop off your completed app and payment to our locked mailbox at the address listed in the paragraph above.
